Dear Sir/Ma,
As a customer with Graphcard you are expected to activate your a/c with the internet card. This cost $19.99 and is available from the resellers and the representative of Graphcard.

The card will be sent to you by the postage of your choice after you have paid. Please note that THE INTERNET CARD IS NOT A CREDIT CARD,

you cannot use it to make online payments. It is your access / membership card that assigns an account number to you.

Postage methods are Ems #1700, ABEX #850, Registered post #300, Ordinary post #150 (ABEX you pick up from their office in your area).

With your Graphcard a/c you can convert the fund in your a/c to Visa debit cards, send western union, bank wire, check, money order.

Please note that all methods of payment attract a fee.
The visa cards have different denominations .To generate a visa card, click on the “create visa account” icon at the top of your a/c balance page or on the first page after you have logged into you a/c under “Quick Link”.

The visa card takes 1-7 working days to be sent to your a/c. You can register the visa card to get a billing address.
